(that's about 3 years before the "Official" City of Moose Jaw Web Site) It seemed quite odd there was no "official" presence on the web for our City, and the Genuine Unofficial Web Site was born. CUPE Local 9

The Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 9 was our first attempt at web site design. In fact, the CUPE 9 web site began as a hobby, and expanded to the point of an obsession. Through a lot of trial and error, the web site grew from one or two pages to the fifty or more it now has.
