Id like to remove them all but its just too much hassle. Maybe FB will add in a "Remove All" button somewhere someday OMG!!! Secondly, you can easily reject your friends' invitations and even if you don't you can ALWAYS uncheck that box that asks if you want the application to show up as a box on your profile page.
