The other night, there was an annoying little moth fluttering about the living room while I was watching TV.  It alternated between crawling on the television screen and circling the lamp on the coffee table.  Bandit the wonder dog watched it with extreme interest.  Read the rest of this entry »

They said it was gonna snow yesterday, and they were right.

House Reno Update


Day by Day, House Renovations No Comments »

I know – it’s been a long time since anything has been posted here.

The story of the summer, and now autumn, is the little house renovations.

The good news is I can see that it’s getting close to being done.  The bad news, is it’s the piddly little things that are left (I think Bert would prefer they were called “finishing touches”), and it’s hard to see changes.  But, the new flooring on the main floor should go in soon, and after that, there ain’t much left to do.
