I’m not sure how three umbrellas were left in my yard last weekend, but they have been dropped off at the Lost and Found department.  Considering that it was pouring rain at the end of the wedding ceremony, you would think that any unclaimed salvation would have been snapped up immediately.

I found one laying in the gravel beside the fence, one hanging on the barbecue,  and the last was hidden away in the branches of the crab apple tree.

Lost and found

You can claim you missing umbrella by providing three pieces of identification (at least one must be a photo ID) along with a small donation to cover the “finder’s fee” and storage costs.

Just kidding – I’ll drop them off at Bert and Amy’s house this weekend, and they can become responsible to find the missing owners.
