(hey – I’m officially getting old and senile.  After I posted this message I realized I had already did it about two weeks ago.  I’m going to blame it on the internet withdrawal (on this page) Now back to the original repeated message…

After watching a forgettable movie, the dog and I stepped out into the back yard for a pee. (well, really, just one of us actually participated in the whole event – you can decide who that was)

It was a calm, warm night and the fish pond looked like something from a fairy tale.  I needed to get a photo, and set up the trusty tripod to do a couple of time exposures.  Naturally, I refused to get my glasses so I could actually adjust the settings on the camera with any sort of certainty, but I eventually managed to get the little buttons and dials set to the proper adjustments.
