Graham
Graham was born with a lump on his head.
According to the doctor, there would be no permanent effects from the bump. It would go away soon enough, and Graham would live a happy, normal life.
Apparently, doctors can make mistakes. Not that I’m insinuating anything. Just thought it was worth mentioning.
Graham was usually a quiet kid when he was younger. He was quite content to watch TV, read books, write stories or draw. He learned to read at a very early age, and by the time he was six or seven, had read the “the Hobbit” and the “Lord of the Rings” trilogy. I found it hard to believe, but he actually understood what he was reading, and would often make comments about the characters and storyline.
And while he liked to read, and create his own little stories, spelling was never a strong point. One teacher, who tried to correct the problem had to give up when Graham,
tired of the unattractive red circles around words, decided to make up words for his stories. How can a teacher correct a word that didn’t exist until it was formed simply for the story?
Graham went to University after high school, and then Bert Redstone and Graham spent two years teaching English in Taiwan. He met his wife-to-be, Ivy, there (actually, they met in Thailand, on separate vacations together)
Graham and Ivy moved to Canada in 2005, and got married that October. In August of 2006 Natasha was born, and nothing has been the same since.
Graham and his family live in Calgary, Alberta.
